With this extensive experience, I have contributed to the early stages of companies, often operating within complex international structures. I have successfully supported various organizations through downsizing and/or closure, leveraging my expertise to guide them effectively through these transitions.

Due to my strong passion for sports, especially football, I began studying Sports Management at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. I earned my bachelor’s degree in this program in 2020. During my studies, I completed a minor in Human Resources, as the combination of HR and sports greatly appeals to me. Through a specialized course, I gained deeper knowledge of labor law. In the coming years, I aim to further develop my expertise in HR by pursuing additional training and courses. As a HR Consultant, I am ready to support you through our HRM services. At Collier Advies, I also focus on standardizing processes to ensure that your HRM administrative tasks are handled even more efficiently.

During the corona pandemic, I stumbled and fell straight into this role at my mother’s company. Initially, it was for some extra cash, but I quickly grew to love the cozy atmosphere of just the two of us working together in the office. I’ve become increasingly interested in the profession. In my daily life, I am a freelance film actor. At Collier Advies, I handle the administration and all the tasks I can take over to make Marina & Laura’s lives a bit easier.
